I had a lovely night's stay - the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was cosy and the breakfast beautifully cooked.

Liked: Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming. The room was amazing, lovely and big, lots of room, and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice at breakfast, and food was amazing.

Disliked: Classed as 4 star,I would say 3 at best.building and decor not as good as the photos suggests in my opinion. room 1 which we stayed in was on the small side bathroom was really small,main light in bathroom wasn't working and the lady at reception said they couldn't repair it due to steam from the shower,I said that bathroom lights are sealed and steam shouldn't penetrate the workings,2 days later light still wasn't looked at.parking really poorly and tight ,if you park on the grounds your either getting tree sap or bird poo on you car and if there's no room you will still have to pay £10 to park on the road. By the time you pay for breakfast and parking on top of your charge it cost us an extra £60 on top of the room price for 2 nights.This is the 4th time we've stayed in Bath and the worst Hotel we've stayed in,but obviously that my my opinion.
