Liked: The staff were above and beyond in terms of professionalism and helpfulness. The location was easily walkable to the historic area of downtown, and the daily happy hour was a nice touch. Our room was lovely. We would recommend!
Disliked: Because the hotel is by the river, there are some boat and traffic sounds. It did not bother us and they provide earplugs. But if someone is a very light sleeper, it might be a challenging location for them.

Our stay was exceptionally lovely.

Liked: Our room was a charming apartment, beautifully furnished and perfectly comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary wine and delicious hors d'ouvres in the afternoon . We could walk to restaurants and shops on the River Walk. Delightful!
