Exceptional

Liked: Very convenient location, central to everything. Very friendly and accommodating staff, will definitely stay here again. Room was basic but had everything you need, shower, bath, TV, hairdryer etc. We didn't spend much time in the hotel room, perfect for our trip, comfortable beds. We requested an iron and ironing board and were accommodated straight away. Room was also very spacious which was nice.

Very good

Liked: Location location location!! Was on the corner of the top floor so had a beautiful view of the castle, plus nothing more than 15 minutes away!!
Disliked: Water pressure was terrible and breakfast was pretty basic.

Clean comfortable and great location

Liked: Location was amazing. Just over the road from the main train station. Staff were very helpful carrying our suitcases up the stairs for us. And helped accomodate us at breakfast when we wanted just a small amount of food rather than pay for a full breakfast

Very good

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The bathtub perfect for a good relaxing soak after a long hike.
Disliked: The stairs to get to the lobby, the elevator is up two large flights if stairs and with luggage that was a struggle
