Old Town Stay Hotel

ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD

Liked: Absolute NO CLEANING for the room, when we asked they told us that they care for the Planet!!!!What does the planet care for no making the beds or taking out the garbage or even replace TOILET PAPER!!!!In four days they didn’t show up in the room at allAlso when we booked the room for two the booking says breakfast included, but then we discovered that there was only one breaksfast and we had to pay for the second !! But we payed for a doubble room!,,ES UNA VERGUENZA Y UNA ESTAFA

Liked: Great location!! awesome!!

Not to be repeated at...

Disliked: Building is old, being renovated while open without professional planning. Budget is too small do do more than the minimum necessary revisions. No air conditioning (Might not normally be needed, but was in July 2025. Very few elctrical outlets, none located in convenient spot and easily useable. I will not bother returning.

Superb

Liked: Location is outstanding. Can easily walk to all the major sites and separate islands/neighborhoods. Breakfast was very good. Very clean. Mini kitchen with fridge, freezer and stove top was an unexpected.bonus.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Floor fan helped, but summer nights are VERY hot.

As a last minute booking...

Liked: Location good. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: No air-conditioning. Not even a fan. It took a long time to fall asleep due to the extreme heat inside the apartment. Second bed was really uncomfortable. Expensive for this hotel related to what you get. Noisy long into the night.

Pleasant though small room would...

Liked: Location was excellent and price reasonable Breakfast was good
Disliked: Window less room on a hot nightRoom was very small no facilities to make a drink or sit just the bed and a bathroom The bathroom was a good size

Fabulous location, great price, small...

Liked: Breakfast was great. I think it would benefit from have a perspect cover over the cereal as a little girl sneezed multiple times.

Great location and clean hotel!

Liked: The room was nice, clean, and provided everything needed. Though the room was small it was perfect for our family's stay. It was also in a great location!
Disliked: The bedroom had no ventilation and so was very hot. There was a fan provided, but we had to place it in the main walkway so it could provide air to both the living room bed and the bedroom. Which was only partially helpful.

Need more human contact.

Liked: Close to major sites. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: There really isn’t any human contact. If you’re driving into the city, there is no direction or help for parking. Would be very helpful if the owners you are renting from put together a helpful list. We spent three hours trying to figure out where to park and almost left and would have eaten the nonrefundable stay because we felt we had no other option. When someone finally responded to us, they said find parking by waterfront. There was none. It almost ruined our entire vacation. The language and culture is unfamiliar to us, as is the rules to parking in a city. We actually found a friendly person at the Hilton who helped us despite the fact we weren’t staying there. He saved our vacation. I wish I had spent the extra $ to have stayed there.
