Liked: Quite big place
Disliked: The smell was horrible. It was impossible to stay there. First, we had to keep all the windows open for more than an hour, but the smell kept coming back. We woke up with terrible headaches and felt poisoned. In such cases, at least a refund should be given, but they just ignored the complaints. The accommodation was quite cheap, but honestly I would not stay there again even if someone would pay me for that. The TV didn't work at all. In my view, advertising a TV when it doesn't work is a misleading. It was just a piece of furniture. It was also suggested that the flat was in the old town, but that was not the case. It's in the so-called New Town. It's close, but not exactly in the old town. They do not provide accurate addresses for the concrete accommodation prior booking.

Liked: Very central in Old town.Near to trams that takes you to city.
Disliked: Steep stairs can be a problem for some.

Liked: The room was big enough and comfortable. The location is amazing, it cannot be more downtown.
Disliked: The top floor is at all not safe for kids. They can fall from every side and even out of the window. At night they put the city reflectors on and they come directly to the room, so it's hard to sleep with so much light.

Liked: Fair location (a bit fair from public transport but in the old town). Helpful hosts, clean facilities and well supplied.
Disliked: Could perhaps do with a little more soap (especially for dishes).

Great location, great value and...

Liked: The location was fantastic, the old town is full of restaurants, bars and culture. The team we able to accommodate my group of 13 on one level which was very handy. They are very responsive and helpful with messages
Disliked: The only negative would be the lack of en-suite in the bedroom of 6 however this was directly opposite about room and for our use only. We were also aware of this prior to the stay
