A place of comfort

Liked: Professionalism of staff , love the whole setting of the environment.
Disliked: No disabled parking outside of the reception. No sales of swimming costumes onsite No fresh fruit salad

Great location, the golf and...

Liked: The location was excellent and the golf course was great. It was very well furnished and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Sports bar was good for a drink after a round of golf and the cocktail bar was excellent for a relaxing drink in the evening.
Disliked: The continental breakfast choice was limited and the driving range was smaller than we'd expected.

Brilliant would recommend.

Liked: Great place to stay. Lovely large, bright and clean room.
Disliked: Couldn’t use the spa relaxation room despite having a treatment.

Lovely hotel staff excellent food...

Liked: Loves it all we stay a lot think the parking and the staff are excellent breakfast was beautiful however rooms are quite dated

Everything was fine with Old...

Liked: Great venue & ideal location for our stay. Accommodation (eco pod) was more economical than eco friendly & over priced.
Disliked: The pods are not thought out. If the heater is on and you want to use a plug socket, the cables will get melted. No robes were provided to get to the communal / shared shower block. No drinking water provided & when we asked where we could get done, the staff suggested getting it from the public / shared toilet block. A campsite offers a standpipe which would be more hygienic if providing drinking water is too much of a problem in a wooden pod costing £139? The grounds men started working with machines at 6.30am. Golfers were out by 7am. No one mentioned the pods were at the no.1 tee!!!! Ear plugs were seen on departure. Room was cold without putting the heater on but you couldn’t charge a phone if the heater was on as the position of the plug socket meant the charging cable would be fried by the wall heater. One hook for all coats & anything you might need to hang up. Wouldn’t stay in a pod at this rate again.

A nice stay made extra...

Liked: We had a lovely stay in the eco pods and spent lots of time in the pool. The property is well kept but the staff were the stars of the show… a really lovely team who were very friendly and happy to help!
Disliked: The kids swim times were quite restrictive as the two hour slot straddled the check in and check out times!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful...

Liked: Very nice, lovely and clean, large and spacious, grand looking. Our room was large and clean.
Disliked: Our tv in our room didn’t work, kept loosing the picture.
