Very good

V nice stay. Well looked...

Liked: Location, tidy and comfortable.

disappointing

Liked: The property was very clean and welcoming
Disliked: For the price we paid we expected an en-suite bathroom not a private bathroom across a hall and a little more room in the bedroom.

Delightful stay

Liked: Located in a lovely village square. Rooms very comfortable & breakfast was excellent with a good choice.Kevin & Claire were the perfect hosts.Highly recommend!

Excellent

Liked: Nothing was too much trouble at this lovely B&B. Attention to detail to make your stay perfect was totally achieved, large white fluffy towels, plenty of hot water, good quality biscuits in bedroom at all times with tea and coffee, bottles of water and excellent freshly cooked to order breakfasts which were beautifully presented. In a nutshell, we will be returning. In a delightful small village with two pubs, lovely church, picturesque cottages and a fabulous restaurant

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, however on booking.com it only mentions continental breakfas. A full English was available on the menu.The location was good for us, which allowed us to travel between the locations we wanted to visit within a good distance.

Lovely 2 night break.

Liked: The owners were really friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast was really nice and on the table at exactly the time that you wanted it. The house was really nice, we stayed in the Baileys room and would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

A beautiful place to stay

Liked: Everything about the Old Temperance House was fantastic, a fabulous location in St Keverne. The hosts are lovely and their breakfasts are fabulous too. Our room Baileys was just beautiful, very tastefully decorated, very comfy bed and a lovely big en suite bathroom. We will definately be coming back

Liked: Breakfast was very good, but one of the rooms was terrible and not en suite, but we booked two en suite rooms or so we thought.
Disliked: One of the rooms was not en suite and cost just the same as the en suite room. It should have been a lot less.

Excellent facilities, location and hosting.

Liked: Location was excellent for visiting so many places in the area, and it was easy to find. We never had any problem parking in the free parking are directly outside the property in the village square. The breakfasts were great!!!
Disliked: The only small negative was that deliveries to the Spa in the squarea re noisy quite early in the morning BUT having said that, it's offset with the fact there is a local shop, and when you stay in a village centre, you have to expect some noise, so this is just to inform people so they are aware. It didn't bother us.
