Charming hotel needs updating

Liked: A true Cotswolds setting the hotel is stunning and very charming. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor and our bedroom opened out to the courtyard.
Disliked: The room was cleanish a few hairs in the bath and a dead fly was found on the pillow. There was mold on the curtain. The bathrooms are so outdated and they had put celotape on the shower so the head wouldn’t fall. Not 5 star at all.

Won’t be returning

Liked: Food was good, nice clean room.
Disliked: WiFi wasn’t working so no phones at all, staff really didn’t know anything regarding anything but their own job,

Enjoyable

Liked: Beautiful location rooms al little dated but did not impact our stay. Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Just the bedroom/ bathroom needs a bit of tlc.

The location was lovely and...

Liked: The bathroom needed updating, there was a leaking tap, the sealant was missing in several areas at the sink and in the bath. The bathroom was unclean and had mould around the bath.
