Liked: We loved our stay at this hotel , it is so beautiful. The staff were amazing .The bedroom was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

Disappointing - not the standard...

Liked: The building was beautiful and the location was excellent; a short walk into the centre of Harrogate. The nearby park was lovely.
Disliked: I had booked this room based on the information provided. However, there was not a tea/coffee machine in every room, as stated on Booking.com. The bed was small and we spent half the night pushing the bed back to the wall as every time we moved, the bed shot across the room. The breakfast was average - not the quality we were expecting and the staff were disinterested.

Liked: Great location near town centre and parks. Very comfortable huge bed, very spacious room. Dog friendly. Great gardens. The bar and terrace seating. Good breakfast selection.A famous historical hotel that's still a hotel a century later, fortunately!
Disliked: Rain shower, not very practical.Wardrobe was unusually small and there was no chest of drawers.Service at breakfast wasn't great on our last day, and two Yorkshire Tea teabags in a small teapot is rather extreme!
