Exceptional

Exceptionally small room!

Liked: The reception staff on arrival were disinterested and presented that I was an inconvenience. Room was tiny including a single bed that moved when it was sat on. Tiny window which meant very little light. The room was however really clean and breakfast was good.

Very welcoming - great location.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful. The bed in my room hadn't been made up when I got into the room, I would have been very happy for someone to come and do this - but I was given an upgraded room instead, this was actioned very quickly and efficiently. Loved the handbag and jewelry shopping available and at very good prices!

Quite disappointed and won't stay...

Liked: Room was of a good size, bed was comfortable and warm. nice thick towels, good restaurant service, managed to park outside the hotel, nice location
Disliked: No bath, wonky sink tap, no view, champagne was flat and served in a wine glass, breakfast quite basic, was able to hear the water running from the upstairs bedroom which woke me up during the night
