We would go back but...

Liked: Only ate dinner there. Service and food were excellent! 10/10
Disliked: Cabin was dark and the floors were sandy. A broom and dustpan would be welcome additions! The beds were comfy but toilet and shower were quite small. It was over priced based on the above. All the staff were ex cellent and the area was nice and quiet.

Excellent hotel, quiet location.

Liked: Lovely cabins in a peaceful, rural setting, but a couple of hundred yards from the main building.

Stay for the views!

Liked: Grounds were beautiful, couldn't ask for a better view. Our cabin was quaint and cozy. The restaurant manager Meg was amazing, super nice and helpful!
Disliked: Accessibility to cabins if you do not have a vehicle, we visited from Halifax via taxi, my husband had to push all of our luggage to a cabin all the way in the back. Luckily they had one luggage cart. The food was just ok, nothing special at all. Yogurt parfait in the morning was fantastic, but the seafood soup, was all cream and potatoes.
