Liked: Very comfortable room, well equipped. Everyone we met we helpful and friendly. Good choice of pub food for an evening meal. The rooms are in a separate building, across the car park, so they were quiet. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Location a little further out of Thirsk that we thought but if you don't mind a good walk it's fine

Liked: Accommodation and comfort excellent. Food and service served fresh and quality very good, obviously made good use of local products. All the staff we engaged with were friendly and made us feel welcome.
Disliked: Nothing really, met our expectations in all respects and would stay there again.

Liked: The room was large and comfortable, handy for the carpark, dog walking and the pub. Very dog friendly. Great food.
Disliked: Bar very crowded during our visit.
