Poor

Disliked: The bed and the sheets were very dirty and grimy. The overall cleanliness of the rooms were poor. The front door had cracks around the frame allowing sunlight to show through. The towels had stains on them. Even with the windows closed and locked you could outside like the windows were wide open.

Nice stay overall

Liked: Good location. Comfortable bed and nice sized room. Simple and adequate.
Disliked: The curtains didn’t adequately block out the parking lot lighting.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Simple and clean and reasonable price.

Good

Liked: This is a budget friendly very basic accomodation. The rooms are clean and functional. All of the items in the room worked. They are also quite dated. This was what I was looking for on this trip, so it worked very well.

It served my needs well...

Liked: I found the management and staff to very helpful as my length of stay would change
Disliked: I would have enjoyed a bath tub but I knew before I booked that the room only had a shower.

Bad

Liked: It was available last minute
Disliked: Facilities were old and outdated, mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable, and extremely overpriced for what the value of the stay was.

It was kinda expensive for...

Liked: I liked how nice the lady was and she was very accommodating and polite. I liked the showers too and tv it was cool. The table as well.
Disliked: Just don’t turn on the heater it makes the room smell like feet.

Poor

When your options are limited...

Liked: location is convenient to Monterey and Laguna Seca
Disliked: not enough towels for 4 people, as reserved. This is a very old place that doesn't appear to have ever been updated. Compared to other options, it was considered to be a reasonable rate because of some event in the area was causing all the hotel rates to be high. Thankfully, we only needed a place to sleep (12-hr stay)
