Liked: Staff were great. Food was amazing. A beautiful restaurant and bar. Rooms were fabulous.

Disliked: Stated it was husbands bday but didn’t even get a wee free upgrade or even a free drink. Absolutely miserable really.

Superb

Liked: Room was comfortable. The cooked breakfast choices were excellent. Nice to have a cosy bar & restaurant on site to use in the evening. Wish we had had the time to use spa facilities at sister hotel, that would have been a nice touch.
Disliked: Nothing really. It’s our ‘go to’ hotel when visiting Troon.

Liked: Lovely clean room. Location perfect. We ate twice in the restaurant and it was delicious! The staff in the restaurant were the best. Absolute GEMS!!
