Convienient location with nice staff...

Liked: Great location in the lake district with friendly staff. The fact I could get a packed lunch in place of my breakfast as i had to leave each day before breakfast was nice.The meal I had in the restaraunt was nice and there was a good selection of real ale.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed had a sag/soft spot on one side so it felt like i was on a slope. The bathroom was pretty small and a bit awkward to get to the sink and access towels on the radiator.The bathroom fan was pretty loud and came on even when not using the shower.The floor was uneven under the carpet in the bedroom
