Liked: I had the best stay! Phil was a kind and generous host. The beds were extremely comfortable, our room had a fireplace, bathtubs, and robes. Each morning, Phil personally greeted us with a warm breakfast and coffee served right to our room. Such special treatment! The location also could not have been more perfect being a block away from the main street. I would absolutely recommend and would love to return!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Like the option to have the breakfast to share or take away.
Disliked: Everything was great. There was a little confusion on the last day. Another couple left early for a family emergency and thought the breakfast that had been left out for us to take was for them. They mistakenly took our breakfast on their way out. It was not a huge problem as we were stopping for lunch early anyway. It was just confusing with the way the breakfast was left out and not knowing who it really belonged to.

Liked: the location was perfect and the owner was very attentive and staff were great.
Disliked: the room itself. The bed was very uncomfortable as well as the chairs provided. the furniture was modern but the Inn was very old, which would have been nice to have matched. The bed was inches off the floor and no comfortable place to sit. Breakfast was good and creatively served.

Liked: The location was great for the main shopping streets in Niagara on the lake. Also walking distance to the lake which was beautiful. The room was lovely in a stunning building.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have been welcomed by the owner on arrival. There was very little contact with the owner, though we had his mobile number should we need him. No one to leave the room key with on departure so just left in table by front door. Again it would have been nice if someone had said goodbye to us. Would have been nice if breakfast was served in a dining room, rather than in a box dropped off outside your room. The shower was very small so nowhere to escape the initial cold water! Also no privacy as walk in bathroom with no door. Thankfully there was a separate toilet.

Liked: Loved it!! Delicious, nutritious and fun that we could take it with us. Great presentation!!😊
Disliked: Everything was simply wonderful. The only thing I would add is a comfy down duvet and the king bed was too hard but that is a personal preference.
