Very good

For a four star hotel...

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: For a four star hotel it was extremely disappointing.Hotel restaurant closed. Food from the place next door was mediocre. Wall paper peeling off walls. Masking tape on the back of door to hide hole. Paint peeling off bath room door. No hot water. Hot water tap trickled water. Shower was just as bad, shower holes blocked with lime scale.

Expensive

Liked: The staff were lovely.
Disliked: Very expensive room with lots of missing facilities such as fridge, air conditioning and gowns and slippers. Lack of coffee and other snacks and treats.

Brilliant!

Liked: Lovely stay! We stayed at the hotel to attend a concert locally and it was perfect. Great breakfast, comfy room and friendly staff.

Disappointing and overpriced

Liked: Close to the beach
Disliked: Barely any staff around. Lift wasn’t working. From the outside looked nice but run down inside. Our stay was for 2 nights and fire alarm went off on both mornings 7.30am and 7am. No staff about to help guests, no explanation or clear instructions. Found out they knew why it had happened but did nothing to stop it from happening again. Supposedly a room where the guest showered with the door open - staff were laughing about it.

Liked: Other than a it’s location, nothing.
Disliked: Run down in need of a refresh. Staff were unpleasant. Restaurant and bar was closed. Room are tired. I think the maid attempted to make the bed. Generally poor.
