Superb
Liked: Lovely hotel near the beach. Lovely staff, it was calm and peaceful. Good value for money when holidaying in England.
Disliked: Our room doesn't have a long mirror or air conditioning it was a really hot week. Desserts need a wow factor!

Great room, great view. What...
Liked: After walking miles that day, as long as it had a comfy bed and a shower, I would be pleased the room was what I needed
Disliked: Toilet and shower area wall paper was coming off, and a little bit of mould didn't really bother me .

A restful stay with magnificent...
Liked: Superb location, 2 minutes' walk from Old Hunstanton beach. Dining room overlooked the beach and sea. Good choice in breakfast menu. Room was quiet, very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: This was our second visit, booked because we had enjoyed the previous one so much.

Awful for £200, avoid
Disliked: £200 per night at this hotel was a complete joke. Nice staff and location but that’s it. The hotel is completely dated and in need of repair. Loud, creaking floorboards throughout the rooms meant about 3 hours sleep as you could hear other guests up and going to the toilet, mattress had holes was lumpy and uncomfortable, and needed replacing, carpets were dirty and in need of a deep clean, room was musty. The bathroom in the premier inn we stayed at the previous night was bigger, cleaner and had a proper working fan, I’m thin but still had no room to move to dry after a shower. This hotel obviously needs a massive renovation. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. The full English was all soggy and completely soaked through with baked beans, the bacon was as tough as leather and I couldn’t finish it because of the overall poor quality of food. More so, it was soaked in oil which gave me an upset stomach and diarrhea after a few hours, which completely ruined my day. £200 per night for all this was is extortionate. I would’ve just let this go if it was around £100 and put it down as a bad experience but had to write a bad review as £200 is a lot of money and I’m sick and tired of being ripped off nowadays for accommodation. If you’re even considering staying here, bring earplugs and go somewhere else for food. My advice is to completely AVOID.

Room 202
Liked: Perfect location for the beach
Disliked: Room 202. Second floor small double room cost over £200 for a one night stay. The room had no air-conditioning and the windows couldn't be opened due to the noise and smell from the kitchen extraction unit directly below. Windows and room door poorly fitting, this room needs attention.Worst night's sleep I've ever paid for, especially when you consider the price!
