Liked: Great location and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good apart from the milk was off, they changed it as soon as we told them though. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room was dusty and boiling hot. Fan was provided but on the hottest day a small window was not sufficient. Marks on wall in bathroom where towel rail should of been and repairs to door. Marks all up walls. Vent outside window was noisy.

Disliked: Room was very dingy, bulbs didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was great and Pete the sever was fabulous

Disliked: The room was dirty. Someone’s dried up contact lenses left on bedside table. Bathroom filthy. Toilet disgusting. Bed so uncomfortable springs digging into my ribs The beer in the pub was vile mucky glasses and the coors was awfulStaff rude. When we checked out 3 members of staff just sat there. Nobody even looked up asked if we needed help or was our stay ok. Too busy drinking coffee and gossiping. Nobody on the reception

Ok for cheap stopover!

Liked: Convient location, friendly staff
Disliked: Despite there being an accessible entrance to the hotel/pub the room was up several steps & the bathroom was down 4 steps which was difficult for me as I am disabled. The room was clean but there were insects of some description in the ceiling light. (Room 16) We turned it off & tried to ignore it! The bathroom could do with an update the bath panel was broken & the toilet while clean had a nasty black area in the bottom, I think from lime scale! I would have preferred to spend a bit more and stay somewhere else!
