Nice hotel let down by...

Liked: The room was lovely and cosy and very comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked. Location excellent. However no one to greet us at check in or check out so a bit mechanical and lacking in personal touch, and both check out and breakfast were very early - not much opportunity for a holiday lie in. Shower was a bit temperamental and could do with updating.

Liked: The location was great for Birmingham City centre . Train station was 5minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was excellent

Liked: Lovely setting, clean and comfortable, great breakfast.

Liked: Was fine for the stay. Clean and room a nice size for 3. Shower not very powerful. Breakfast a bit 1980s and a bit undercooked but fine.

Family weekend stay

Liked: We have stayed at this Hotel a few times now and it's everything you need for a few nights stay. The beds are very comfy it's clean and the owners are lovely and helpful. There are also tea/coffees in the room. The rooms are very quiet to get a good night's rest. I will definitely be coming back.
Disliked: Nothing to say in this section everything was wonderful.
