Liked: The hotel was perfect for a little weekend getaway! Rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was lovely! Staff were so polite and friendly!
Disliked: The only problem was the TV was glitchy and there was little to no channels that we could choose from but really didn’t bother us

Liked: Lovely room - very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything clean and all the facilities you’d expect. We had a gorgeous view from our room over trees and gardens. It was great having parking at the hotel. Very nice breakfast. The garden was gorgeous and bar etc well appointed. Miz was super helpful too.
Disliked: N/a

Liked: Friendly staff, nice location. Good breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, with a good selection of drinks and nice toiletries.
Disliked: It was a bit too hot, and the bed was a bit soft for us (but both are personal preference) the quality of everything was good.

Exceptional

Liked: Very nice room for 1 night stay, welcoming staff owner went above and beyond to help me when I had no network on my phone resulting in me not being able to get a taxi to see my father in hospital. He kindly got me an uber and paid for it. It's a very nice gesture indeed.
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect location and top breakfast!

Liked: Fantastic location for visiting either the local attractions or hopping on a train into town. Breakfast was lovely and set us up very well for the day.
Disliked: The room was a bit small and it was quite hot as there was no air-conditioning. The towel rack was hanging off the wall in the bathroom, which didn't bother us but should be fixed.

Disliked: Room was freezing cold and the radiator didn’t work. Felt really overpriced for what I actually got
