Enjoyed the location and views,...

Liked: Large room, big bath
Disliked: Construction work on side buildings which we were not informed of. Seems to have gone a bit commercial since we visited last.

Fabulous!

Liked: The room was amazing. The staff fabulous - they gave us a room overlooking the fairway after I was unhappy with the restricted view in the first room. They couldn’t do enough to help.
Disliked: Paying £20 each to use the spa for 2 hours. Cocktail prices exceed even London prices but this was not a surprise!

Exceptional

Liked: Staff exceptionally friendly as always. Complimentary EV charging is a nice touch.
Disliked: Kids splash time ends at 5pm.

This hotel succeeds in reflecting...

Liked: Excellent location and beautiful rooms
Disliked: The restaurants were slightly less impressive than the general standards of the hotel.

What's not to like at...

Liked: The stay here was great as it was one of the "bucket list" events at the home of golf. The room was great as was the breakfast spread at this place.

Great place to relax

Liked: Staff were great, hotel is excellent in all respects
Disliked: There was a wedding on which meant certain areas were off limits, not a major issue but a slight negative.Staff at the Spa were officious, cold and unhelpful. Given the prices I would have expected a more welcoming attitude.
