Excellent B&B in the heart...

Liked: Julie was a kind and gracious host, and we really enjoyed our stay at Old Church House. She kept excellent communication with us, and was extremely helpful in identifying areas for us to visit during our stay. It is conveniently located right by the Newport high street, so it acted as a great central hub for our stay at the time. The room was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. I look forward to coming back when I next visit IoW again!

Liked: Perfect location in Newport. Quiet area but within walkable distance of everything. 5 minute walk to the bus station

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely period property decor in keep with the period lovely spacious room very comfortable beds with ample facilities in the room. Breakfast was fabulous and host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Island. Would recommend a stay here very central easy parking.

Doesn’t live up to description

Liked: Location good
Disliked: Very tired, needs an extensive update. Not very clean, many surfaces can’t be cleaned properly. TV way too small to watch comfortably. Feels like you are intruding on a private home. More separation of public and private spaces would be appreciated

A very welcoming and comfortable...

Liked: The whole experience of staying there was exceptional. Julie was an excellent host and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious. It was a short walk into the city center and easy to get to other parts of the island from here. Would have no problem in recommending Old Church House.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.
