High calibre historic hotel.

Liked: Charming old hotel, perfectly placed for exploring Malmesbury. Lovely touch of complimentary prosecco, and the tea/coffee offering in the room was superb. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was a little hot but they did provide a fan to help with this.

Wonderful, relaxing stay whilst visiting...

Liked: Delicious breakfast. Dining room was not overcrowded as breakfast service spanned three hours. Good choice of food and liked the fact that it was locally sourced where possible. A personal preference but an option of overnight oats would be a great addition. Room was lovely. Spacious and peaceful despite overlooking the road. Decor was bold and quirky but so appropriate for the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Really enjoyed our unexpected stay...

Liked: So unusual and unique, in a wonderful way. Decor was so fun. Staff was helpful and polite. Loved the area around the hotel, lots of history.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight.

Liked: The hotel decor is a feast for the eyes, staff were friendly and helpful and they had a great breakfast selection.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was at the very top and we were there during a heat-wave. We managed to sleep, but it was very hot.
