Disliked: Extremely disappointing stay – avoid if you care about comfort orHere’s what went wrong:•No electricity in our room on the first day, which meant we couldn’t charge our phones or use any electronic devices. We were forced to change rooms.•A strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, including in our room and the hallways, made it uncomfortable and even difficult to breathe.•No qualified staff at reception – on the second day, the only person present was a kitchen worker who was unable to assist.•Elevator was completely out of order, which made carrying luggage to and from the room extremely frustrating.To make matters worse, neither the hotel nor its management ever responded to any of our complaints. Despite multiple attempts to contact them directly and even through Booking.com, we received no reply at all – our messages were completely ignored.

Disliked: Even one star is too much for this terrible hotel. The hotel is dirty and has cockroaches. The floor in the room is absolutely dirty, with stains and hair (very noticeable). This is the worst experience I have had. I do not recommend staying here.
