Great location and building, lovely...
Liked: The club area, the breakfast, the location, the water coolers
Disliked: A few mote hooks would do nicely, there’s very limited storage. Also, a fridge is absolutely necessary

Liked: Amazing hotel with great interior decoration and location. Staff are all very nice! Great AC especially during the heat wave. The location is just near the river and great for a morning jog ( actually suitable for all day jog). Nearby the old town and the main station as well, definitely recommend!

Great location, friendly staff, room...
Liked: The location was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The club had complementary coffee, tea, and juice throughout the day, with small snacks.
Disliked: You entered the bathroom through the shower, and the rest of the bathroom was super small, so it got wet from the shower. There were just a few open shelves for unpacking. The toilet handle had to be jiggled after every other flush.

Very good

Pleasant
Liked: Location
Disliked: The design of the ensuite bathroom - wobbly slidey door didn't give privacy. The laundry! One of the joys of a good hotel is the pressed, smooth bed linen. This bed was a crumpled, un-ironed mess, for eco reasons! It looked as though someone had just got out of it. Was it clean? I press my bed linen at home because I feel strongly about this. I would not have booked this hotel room had I known your policy on this..

Helpful staff, nice quiet location
Liked: There’s a comfortable lounge area they call a club, with coffee and teas and a bar and a small basic café. Chairs to read or do emails in. Separate areas so some semi-privacy. One night a guest played really nice guitar quietly for his friends, but it wasn’t at all intrusive. Real newspapers! Staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is nicely situated on the river in a ‘newer’ part of a very old city. It’s a very pleasant walk across the river into the older parts of the city. I had a balcony from which I could see the river and the city and the two hills. The bed is comfortable and the room quiet.
Disliked: The room is small and cheaply fitted out, sort of bad Ikea style. Functional enough, but irritating — the bathroom is for very small people, the mirror at an awkward angle for shaving or makeup , the sliding shower door feels as though it might fall off and leaks onto the bathroom floor etc.etc. All manageable enough but at this price point, and in a nice building, it feels as though it should be better.
