Passable

Liked: The outdoor pool and the grounds around the pool are well kept. The location is great also. The price is good too.
Disliked: We drove 9 hours from alberta. I had called days before the reservation just to confirm as it was booked through bookings.com . They didn't have it in their system yet at the hotel but the man I spoke with said he would input it. When we arrived days later and went to check in the lady said she didn't have our reservation. Luckily there was a room for usLuckily? Considering I already called to.confirn days prior I was not very pleased. The room was not clean. The phone was under the couch off the hook sitting next to a few dead spiders. We asked for a broom so we could clean ourselves I also bought lysol wipes. The male supervisor at the hotel was very nice and apologized for all of the issues.

Disliked: Outside pool was down for repair. Inside pool was pretty dirty.

Liked: Breakfast was not included. The location is very good. The bed was comfortable. Layout of the rooms was good for family. Having a stove and dishes was a bonus. Sofa bed was good. Availability of a braai standj

Disliked: Rooms are very dated, ceiling fans were very dirty and the room had sugar ants in the bathroom and the beds
