Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Location of parking lot is secluded in the back. When arrived broke down vehicles and people sitting in lawn chairs hanging out were at one end. Charged me $20 deposit and said I would get back at checkout. Once in room there were no necessities. No trash can, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, wash rags, soap, or anything. Spoke to front desk and was given a run around. Decided to request refund and leave, only been there 5 mins. Was told they don’t do refunds, so I asked for my $20 deposit back. Clerk laughed and said I could get that at check out, told her I was checking out. After 2 calls to the manager and refusing to let me talk to the manager I was told it would be refunded back to my CC. Absolutely terrible experience and the actual name of the place is Lincoln Inn Express hotel & Suites, nothing indicated it was named OK Hotel, the clerk didn’t know why it was named that.

Liked: the beds were soft and comfortable, and i liked the sliding glass door to the outside of the room since i had pets.
Disliked: there were no towels or trash cans in the room. but the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. only thing was i am handicapped and he put us in a room that i Rather had to walk up a flight of stair, or had to walk down the long hallway. . even after I asked for a room that had easy access for me
