Loved our stay - would...

Liked: Lovely staff during check- in and breakfast/check-out, breakfast was very, very yummie, the bed was super comfortable, loved the style of the room (suite), bath room was huge, location was great
Disliked: Nothing

Comfortable, well located motel type...

Liked: Excellent location. Good sized clean room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet area.Very good breakfast in the cafe downstairs.
Disliked: No parking available - need to park at Te Papa museum - about 500m away. The hotel is on a busy street - but you can pull in temporarily to unload your luggage.No seperate reception area or hotel lobby. However, there is a bar/breakfast cafe downstairs which also doubles as a reception desk.

Liked: Everything! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was one of the best I've stayed in. Amazing view and great breakfast with nice freebies too! Amazing boutique hotel.
Disliked: Should have stayed more than 2 nights!

Disappointing

Disliked: The room on the ground floor which we got only had only one round window with approximately 1m diameter and couldn’t be opened. It felt like being in a closed box/cellar.

Liked: Nice friendly staff.
Disliked: Wasn’t a fan of see through glass in the bathroom area, although a curtain had been placed there.
