Liked: Location was perfect and quiet. The staff were fabulous, and the little extras (choice of milk etc) were a lovely touch. Loved the fact that we could park there.
Disliked: A couple of plates and cutlery would've been handy.

Boutique hotel with exceptional location,...

Liked: Loved this boutique hotel - decor, location, facilities. Rooms were large and very well appointed. We had a car which we parked in the convenient hotel property parking which was worth the few extra dollars with great convenience. Location can't be beat. Close to everything: viaduct, shopping on Customs/Queens malls, Sky Tower. Their staff answered many questions over email very quickly.

Very cool would stay again

Disliked: Just couldn’t turn off the back light on the mirror.
