Perfect Location, Cool Studio with...

Liked: The location was perfect, right in the midst of the harbour. The staff were so helpful and one of the staff - Luke made our stay even more special as I'd told him it was my husbands birthday. He went above and beyond.
Disliked: Nothing, we loved everything about the hotel - if I had to niggle, the bathroom has no privacy, so you'd definitely want to go there with your patner and no kids!! :)

Great location for via duct...

Liked: The room and location were great. Everything in room that was needed, and bonus bath was excellent. Good tea coffee and was made a takeaway one too which was really nice thought. Staff were excellent and helpful.
Disliked: Park at hotel handy but a bit pricy on top of room. Good snack and drinks selection, thought shouldn't have to pay for a few biscuits and water in room would have been nice. Can understand paying for sparkling and other items.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a quirky mid 20th century style. The complimentary drink was a nice surprise and the staff couldn't do enough. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Delightfully presented, teeming with charm. A super relaxed and welcoming place. Upgraded my room on arrival. Thoughtful gestures in the room. Very pleased will be back
