Liked: So convenient to the viaduct. It’s new and funky
Disliked: Could hear the floor above and the cleaners in the hallway early in the morning. But otherwise a great place to stay and would return

Had a brilliant time and...

Liked: Loved the decor, the room size and comfy bed. The eggs I had for breakfast were really great (don’t know what the chef did but it was delicious)
Disliked: The car parking is like some form of intelligence testing maze. We had to virtually dismantle the teeny-tiny fridge in order to get our wine into it.

Pretty good and helpful staff.

Liked: It was great and the staff we excellent
Disliked: The coffee machine was useless and the coffee pods tasted horrible. really just need the old style coffee and jug. Had to ask for milk, thought it would have been in the fridge.not everyone is young and used to technology. More instruction needed for the available equipment.
