Brett, Chicago, visiting Zanies Comedy Club Chicago

Complaints were handled in a good manner; no free breakfast but free parking; overall, it was okay but the heat situation which caused very disrupted sleep made it disappointing. Remodel is "in the works" according to morning clerk.

Liked: $20 restaurant gift card due to heat. Free hot chocolate. Free, first come, first served parking. Great location.
Disliked: The room heat was all controlled by the front desk which we had adjusted upon check in to 70 degrees, but after returning for the night the room temperature was 76 and we had to call for an adjustment again. I woke up several times throughout the night because it still stayed hot. The clerk apologized in the morning and gave us a $20 restaurant gift card.

Rocky but comfortable experience

Liked: Very nice staff clean rooms and amazing area
Disliked: One roof was way to hot and ac was never turned on and one of the rooms the shower barely worked and had no pressure

Clean but very overpriced

Liked: Location was ok, and the place is clean
Disliked: Parking was charged at $49 per night, when booking it was $29. It’s a rip off, thought the Motel was very basic but it was very clean. Not worth the nightly rate for what it is, it’s overpriced.

A clean and well-located place

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and close to everything we needed.
Disliked: The only downside was the noise from other guests and the parking area.

Disappointed at additional parking charges....

Disliked: The website online says free parking. I was charged 40 plus tax to park overnight. The reason I chose this location was that the value included parking. The next time I will figure that cost into the accommodation when comparing and making a choice.
