Complaints were handled in a good manner; no free breakfast but free parking; overall, it was okay but the heat situation which caused very disrupted sleep made it disappointing. Remodel is "in the works" according to morning clerk.

Liked: $20 restaurant gift card due to heat. Free hot chocolate. Free, first come, first served parking. Great location.
Disliked: The room heat was all controlled by the front desk which we had adjusted upon check in to 70 degrees, but after returning for the night the room temperature was 76 and we had to call for an adjustment again. I woke up several times throughout the night because it still stayed hot. The clerk apologized in the morning and gave us a $20 restaurant gift card.

Disliked: First the main room door did not lock. Door aWhich way I feel very unsafe. Unfortunately I didn’t know this until later at night. Also, I went there last year and had an amazing experience. This time around. They had a horrible parking situation as well as getting waking up at 8:30 A.M. by the cleaning staff to see if I checked out yet. As well as the cleaning staff yelling in the hallways at 9am when checkout. TIME is 11. As well as hearing dogs barking in the morning and running into dogs in the morning. I booked this facility since they said they don’t have dogs allowed, and I’m highly allergic.

Liked: PROS:-Staff at the front desk were very friendly-Room was clean-Bed was comfortable
Disliked: CONS:-There is no thermostat in the room, you have to call the front desk to change the temperature. They had the heat up way too high for me (I was sweating in the middle of winter). The first time I called, the girl forgot to change it so I called back an hour later and then she did. But later in the day, it was too hot again. I think someone else probably called and asked them to turn the heat back up. She said it was central air.-On the last morning I was getting ready I was hot again, so I decided to open the window. I discovered that the window's lock was broken. I was on the ground floor. Luckily there were bars on the window so I think that's probably more of a deterrent.-The door from the parking lot into the individual motel building (I was in section F) did not lock. So the only security between my room and the outside world was the door to my room.-On the sleeve that your room key comes in, it says to secure your belongings. However, the safe in my room did not work.-Walls were thin, there was one night where a baby was crying for several hours.-I had lukewarm water in the shower so I called the front desk. She told me to let it run for 5 minutes and it would heat up. It did.
