Complaints were handled in a good manner; no free breakfast but free parking; overall, it was okay but the heat situation which caused very disrupted sleep made it disappointing. Remodel is "in the works" according to morning clerk.

Liked: $20 restaurant gift card due to heat. Free hot chocolate. Free, first come, first served parking. Great location.
Disliked: The room heat was all controlled by the front desk which we had adjusted upon check in to 70 degrees, but after returning for the night the room temperature was 76 and we had to call for an adjustment again. I woke up several times throughout the night because it still stayed hot. The clerk apologized in the morning and gave us a $20 restaurant gift card.

Disliked: Facility is now charging for parking. We stayed here 6-8 times last summer. Parking was always free. Now they charge for parking, which I understand, however it is listed on their website. Disappointed at the additional cost.

Liked: I liked the location a couple of good restaurants near by walking distance.
Disliked: This place definitely needs security beware of an old man walking around the parking lot trying to open peoples car doors he comes early in the morning and late at night. I didn’t get any sleep because I was to busy watching the vehicles.
