Liked: Clean and room made up everything day without asking for it to be made up.
Disliked: Nothing really. The toilets were out of action on the final day of my stay however I was fully informed when they could not be used and when they were fixed and useable again.

Liked: Great location in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff members. A shout out to Dylan who does the tours bookings. He was extremely helpful with helping us book tours and sort out transport. Loved the new pool and spa area. We will definitely be staying here again.
Disliked: Loved it all

Liked: Very poor checking staff. Did not offer early check in, we had a 5 yr old child. Everyone around us were offered an early check in

Liked: A really nice upgrade to the Outrigger East. Great location, nice but small rooms. Great staff! Nicely decorated.
