Great value and extremely clean...

Liked: Room was immaculate. Bed was comfortable. Many windows and able to open them to let in breeze. Room 212 had a semi private balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was serviceable, and parking was easy. Proof that a good value doesn’t have to sacrifice cleanliness or service. Would absolutely stay again.
Disliked: The indoor pool was a little run down and the outdoor pool was a little cold, but not unusually by any means.

Perfect spot to stay

Liked: Perfect location. We could walk to the beach and the center of town. The trolley stop is across the street and we took that to Perkins Cove. The pool was large and clean with plenty of seating. Our room was spacious and we loved having outdoor chairs and a table. The staff was lovely.

Liked: The property was a 13 minute walk to the footbridge beach and was centrally located to everything. We walked everywhere. The staff was very nice and we were able to have an early check-in.
Disliked: Breakfast was average, just your standard cold continental breakfast. Renovations were done with very cheap materials.

Liked: I loved the upgrades to the rooms. The floors are better without the dirty rugs.
Disliked: They really need to do something with the path leading to the pool and office. Its very unsteady, not safe
