Liked: Location was great with a trolley stop right outside!
Disliked: Although the room was clean and comfortable, there was a smell of dampness we could not get rid of. The rooms are right against the parking lot so we heard every car and car door.

Poor

Liked: I like the facility especially since it is one of the facilities where I am able to bring my pup with me.
Disliked: I think the staff at the front desk when contacted about my charger that I forgot in the room upon checking out and was told that they did not have it but it was untrue. then when I was told I would be in contact with how they would get it out to me I was told by the front desk person that it was not their fault that I left my charger followed by them hanging up. This is very bad customer service if you ask me. I was trying to contact them as soon as I realized that I left my charger in the room and to get it back.
