Great restaurant, great location, great...

Liked: restaurant was fantastic. Chef was superb. Hand made mixed drinks from the bar were top notch. Had fitness classes that were very well run. Restaurant staff fantastic. Nice indoor pool, and live music was a bonus! great view from restaurant. NIce hiking trails and bike trails also.
Disliked: Front desk was uninformed / unhelpful. Didn't know or advertise fitness classes. Outdoor pool was closed but they showed it to us on the map when we asked how to get there but didn't tell us it was closed for the long term (long walk/half mile in heat). Not familiar with their own website on where to find information. Website and welcome email did not have useful info such as classes and pool closure. Jacuzzi jets did not work. BL: the front desk needs to be a better source of info and the website redesigned to advertise activities, closures, etc. This detracted from an otherwise great stay

My stay wasn’t the best

Liked: The property was Beautiful.
Disliked: The room wasn’t up to date, the sheets were dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work that great, I was very disappointed for the amount of money i paid, couldn’t sit outside on patio because next to us was a dog that wouldn’t quit barking, so frustrating

Disliked: I wish the indoor pool was ready to use at 6:30 am as mentioned. But it was open and ready only by 7:30 am.

You can't have a more...

Liked: The service is exceptional. All of the staff is willing to help you find your way around the resort. If you are looking for an "Old Style" experience, this is it without any challengers. Try the golf course, they dare you !!! "Cat" saw to it that everyone in the restaurant was having a great experience.
Disliked: The ADA room we had should have been closer to the entrance and other services.
