Disliked: Glad we were in Tower 2. Tower 1 looked rough… Just out of date, some rust happening

Glad we didn’t stay long...

Disliked: Woke up with bug bites all down my side . My husband had them also. Pretty sure they have bed bugs. My daughter stepped on glass in the indoor pool and they refused to pay for medical care. No one was concerned. Never coming back here . they will be getting a call from my lawyer . The room is was filthy.

Disliked: Elevators were not express as advertised.Only 3 of the 4 were operational.Told by an owner that the 1 has been broken for months.Unit had a funky smell.Towels were cheap.1 ply toilet paper. You could see through it.

Liked: The room itself was nice.
Disliked: Elevators are terrible. They stop at literally every floor and you have to wait upwards of 15 minutes to get onto the elevator. Charged for parking without making it clear that they did that. Allows for smoking and vaping at the entrance but nowhere else on property and threaten you with kicking you out if they catch you even outside. In order to get a luggage cart you have to give them your ID and can’t get it back unless you return the luggage cart back to them which takes forever bc of the elevators. If you try to get an early check in they will charge you an extra $100. No includes services such as beach chairs or umbrellas. No laundry services. Dishes in cabinet were dirty and had to be washed to use. Bed not attached to the headboard.
