Totally recommend it!

Liked: The house was beautiful, and the owners were the nicest people—so welcoming, hospitable, and friendly! Spending four days with them in Denver was a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were delicious, and the time Judith spent chatting with us was truly lovely. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Denver. The house is also in a great location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants.
Disliked: The only thing I’d do differently next time is book one of the master rooms because I’d prefer not to share a restroom with another room.

Comfortable and safe - would...

Liked: This was a comfortable place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom in my room was clean. The hosts were very kind and their dogs were cute and sweet. The location to public transport was great and there were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I was traveling alone and felt safe in the property.
Disliked: I wish there were a lounge area for guests to sit in downstairs. There was an area with a TV so maybe that was it but it seemed like that space was for the owners. I probably could have asked. The area is loud at night with restaurant noise and people in the alley. It’s not the owner’s fault, but if you are sensitive to noise, just take note. They do provide ear plugs in the room so that is helpful. I just slept with my noise cancelling headphones in and it wasn’t a problem.

Liked: Beautiful historical house with a very sweet friendly couple that owns it. They were very accommodating and told us about the history of the house, etc. We enjoyed meeting them. Judith made us a good breakfast with homemade granola & banana bread, fresh berries, yogurt, etc. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom is updated and modern with everything we needed.
Disliked: The only thing was that it was in a noisy, lively neighborhood. Judith recommended ear plugs and the first night I should’ve put them in! So that was on me. The second night I did and slept like a baby.

My stay at Off Broadway...

Liked: What I really liked about the property was the cozy and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home, with a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, creating a warm, relaxed vibe. The common areas were very well-kept, and the rooms were spacious and thoughtfully arranged. Plus, the location was ideal—close to everything but still tucked away in a quiet spot, which made for a peaceful stay. Overall, it was a perfect place to unwind.
Disliked: Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like about the property. It was a really pleasant experience overall. If I had to mention something, maybe the parking situation was a little tight, but it wasn’t a big deal given the great location. It definitely didn’t take away from the overall experience, and I would happily stay again.

Liked: Great location for walking Broadway area.
Disliked: If you have allergies or asthma don’t stay here. It smells bad. Even after we sprayed, and had the windows open all night.

Superb

Liked: Great hosts....very casual and laid back. Great location for adventures and pub crawling/eating. Amazing house with old world craftsmanship throughout. Fantastic breakfast and most especially the coffee was terrific. We plan to stay there again when back in Denver area!

Convenient stay near downtown Denver

Liked: The property is in a good location near the hopping and always interesting Broadway Street close to downtown Denver. The room was clean and the bathroom modern and well-equipped. Judith and Doc went out of their way to accommodate our needs and even served an early breakfast to enable us to make our flight home.
Disliked: There really is no place to hang out at the property. Usually there is a common sitting area for guests to relax after a long day of site seeing in the B & Bs where we have stayed in the past. There is one room with a small balcony if you are lucky enough to score it. As a suggestion to Doc and Judith, their dog Lucy needs some obedience training. It is quite unnerving to arrive to the property with an angry loud bark from a sizable dog.
