Unique and lovely place

Liked: What a fun and unique experience. We loved touring the house and seeing all of its antique aspects. Judy was a delight to chat with over breakfast, and her home made granola was delicious.
Disliked: It’s an old house, so there are some squeaks and noises.

Liked: Breakfast location and character all great. Lovely and knowledgeable hosts and beautiful property. Really comfy bed, well outfitted room, large comfy private bathroom.
Disliked: Limited use of facilities outside room I was surprised that I was unable to store drinks in refrigerator, wash clothes. Maybe more of a Europe thing that I was used to.

Liked: Very pleasant hosts. Very accommodating. Thanks, Doc and Judith, for a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious. Details like coffee through the morning, tea in the afternoon, water and chocolates in the room, it was all great.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything about our stay was perfect. Doc and Judith are the most amazing host's we've ever come across. The room was beautiful with a super comfy bed. We also loved seeing Judith's fine art photography. Location was also great. Definitely, the funnest neighborhood in Denver that we've visited. We are planning to return for a longer stay next time.

BnB in a hip downtown...

Liked: Lovely hosts that provided great conversation and suggestions around to eat. Dogs were cute! Breakfast was good. Judith makes great eggs, and lots of fruits, granola and yogurt type stuff is provided. Bed was plenty comfortable. Had a nice bathroom attached to our room and the shower had good hot water. House is old and has a lot of character as well as having Judith's talented photography lining the walls. We were lucky and got upgraded to the front room with a balcony facing the street. We would come back for sure!
Disliked: Everything was great for the most part. I will say, while they are able to provide a space in the private driveway for some guests, it is one lane and there may be a need to shuffle cars around based on the order of who pulled in first. They ask that you leave your car keys at the door so they can move your car without bothering you if needed and this was not a problem for us, but might be something someone else would be hesitant to do. In an area like this downtown you are lucky to have parking at all!
