The hotel was nice but...
Disliked: My billing got messed up. Even though I paid through booking I still was charged on my card. Now I have to request a refund as it is now on my credit card statement not as just an authorization but a paid item

Disliked: Got charged twice once through Booking and once through the hotel. And either one could put it back on my card right away. Like it was taken out. We were a party of ten. And the waitress didn't tell us till after we ordered she could only split the bill 2 ways. Had to call the manager.We went on a party bus. Returned to the hotel continued at the bar. Kitchen was closed but the would us to bring in food to bar area.

Liked: Beautiful place and service is amazing i just loved the place definitely my favorite place rooms are clean spacious and comfortable so my number 1 for when i travel for business.. i was there for the black and white gala ball and this place definitely is stunning
