Disliked: Got charged twice once through Booking and once through the hotel. And either one could put it back on my card right away. Like it was taken out. We were a party of ten. And the waitress didn't tell us till after we ordered she could only split the bill 2 ways. Had to call the manager.We went on a party bus. Returned to the hotel continued at the bar. Kitchen was closed but the would us to bring in food to bar area.

Liked: Beautiful place and service is amazing i just loved the place definitely my favorite place rooms are clean spacious and comfortable so my number 1 for when i travel for business.. i was there for the black and white gala ball and this place definitely is stunning

Liked: Beautiful place, our second stay, we’ve come in late both trips and the staff is great no matter the time of day! Lot of beautiful art and love the industrial spin they put on it. Always clean and smells well. Even with a full Friday night lobby it was not bothersome for the guests.
Disliked: The beds. Very uncomfortable, had dips in them, The shower m, leaked all over the floor with in minutes, the seals were not great.
