Central location with friendly staff.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, right in the centre of Chester so handy for shops and restaurants. A very comfortable bed in a large room ( we stayed in room1). It is 4 flights of stairs.
Disliked: We were there at the weekend so just to be aware it was very busy and quite noisy.

Liked: A very unique hotel, everything from staff to cleanliness was exceptional.

Liked: The hotel was so quirky. Beautifully presented. Staff were so nice. Lucie in the bar was a real gem. Didn't eat in the hotel at all but had a few drinks in the bar, which was a really nice space a d had a great selection of drinks. The secret garden was a treat too. Would stay there again if in chester. Great central location.
Disliked: We stayed in a loft room but unfortunately there was no lift so it was a bit of a climb!

Fantastic find

Liked: Loved the atmosphere, the decor. The secret garden, the whole quirkiness was just brilliant.
Disliked: The price for the continental breakfast. I would liked an option for some hot breakfast for the price.
