The Tudor property combines modern spa facilities with elegantly traditional accommodations. Each of Ockenden Manor's guests rooms comes en suite with individual furnishings. Outstanding one night break

Liked: Staff cheerful and helpful. Food excellent. Spa was well maintained and comfortable
Disliked: Menu did not change daily. A 2 night stay would see you having to choose from same menu and inevitably a second favourite choice

Wonderful quintessential English stay

Liked: The property and gardens were beautiful, food was amazing. Staff were lovely.
Disliked: We were above the kitchen. Lots of noise from kitchen staff and the air vent noise & view out the window onto the roof area needed attention. It didn’t spoil our stay but if I was to point out politely that it needs improving.

Liked: It was very relaxing. A beautiful building and the staff & food are excellent.

It was a lovely stay...

Liked: Lovely garden and the view. Nice looking room.
Disliked: We had a few issues during the stay. Mostly in the spa and gym. It was a hot weather and the room was very warm without air con. I understand it’s an old property, but it made it hard to sleep. At least we had a fan in the room so that was good.
