Nice and easy stay for...

Liked: The check-in was easy and fast - the staff was friendly and provided recommendations for the restaurants nearby. It was nice to have simple coffee and tea by the reception too. The location was great - the best thing about the motel. The two single beds we had in the room were spacious and comfy.
Disliked: The air-conditioning works but it makes a lot of noise - you will want to bring your earplugs with you for the night. It was key to keep the AC on as otherwise the room would quickly start to get more humid and you can slightly smell mold in the air. Not for those who'd be hyper sensitive for such elements.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located and a clean adequate room with a nice pool for swimming.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic, but clean. Location was wonderful.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room instead of needing to go to the office. It was fine over the weekend when the office opened at 6 AM, but on Mondat, the office didn't open until 8 AM, as my visit was out of season (mid-October).

Perfect brief vacation to help...

Liked: The hotel room floor was amazingly clean for being a beach hotel! I expected to feel more sand. :)
Disliked: Occasionally the people or traffic going by could get a little loud, but I had earplugs. And it was off-season (early Oct) so it was probably quieter than summer.

My stay was quite nice!

Liked: I went to Rehoboth Beach for a jazz festival. Concerts were at various venues. The Oceanus Motel is a great location. It is convenient to the various concert venues, restaurants & the beach!
Disliked: The set up of the room could have been better. Right now the sink for washing hands is outside of the bathroom & there is only one mirror. The room is good for a single guest but more than one may be not as good.
