Disappointing

Liked: There was no breakfast, no parking. Your posting was misleading
Disliked: The apartment smelled so much you could barely sleep. And in the middle of the night, a false fire alarm goes off waking everyone up terrified.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: We had a yellow stain on our sheets when we pulled them back. The rooms aren’t as clean. I know it’s an old hotel but for what we paid the cleanliness was not there.

Liked: The room was spacious and nice
Disliked: The breakfast was served at the Tavern. Hotel gave coupons to deliver in the tavern. I have never in my life been treated this bad as a guest. It was obvious that they disliked guests from the hotel. That we were bothering them. Some days it was a set plate with a miniature glass of orange juice included. Coffee or Tea was not included . Other days it was a limited buffet. One day they wanted us to sit inside in a very cold room. Managed to talk them into letting us sit outside. Some days we were allowed to use normal cutlery other days we were given simple plastic cutlery. The worst behavior was the last day where it was buffet inside and we brought the food outside. we missed to bring cutlery from inside and sat down at a table where it was cutlery. Then they came and removed this and gave us a packet of the most simple plastic cutlery I ever seen. Breakfast was not bad (far from excellent), but staffs was rude and without any smile.
