Disliked: They knowingly gave us a room with broken beds and a room that smelled like cigarettes. When we got in our room we told them, they came and both guys smelled it and sprayed the room. Cristofer said yes the beds had already been notated so it made no sense why they put us in a room knowing this. Beds sunk all the way in the middle and a chunk was missing from my mattress wiring. Staff could care less. They were sold out both nights and we were never switched which was just the worst experience ever because after we were out all day we couldn’t even sleep in peace. (And we checked the wooded part under the beds and they weren’t broken, it was a bad mattress which doesn’t just happen over night so it makes sense that they knew about it) building has a wet bad smell too outside of the front office
