Very good

Liked: It's considerably more affordable than most nearby facilities, it's clean and quiet while still being very accessible to beach.
Disliked: The exterior could use some maintenance and parking can be difficult. It has a small parking lot but generally, everything is very nice.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was good location was good two blocks from the beach pools clean that I didn't use it and everything was within good distance
Disliked: Some of the outlets weren't working properly but was able to accommodate myself

Liked: Subway was next door
Disliked: No Rugs in the rooms, floor was kind of slippery when wet

Liked: LOVE the nice cold AC and the beds themselves were comfy The price was very fair and the location for that price is great! Love having the 7-11 next door.
Disliked: I don’t see enough of the reviews mentioning the sink and how it was literally overlapping the toilet - that was really uncomfortable. That space was so small The pillows .. oh lord. Flat like pancakes. Simply awful. I’m not exaggerating Putting two together didn’t even equal one regular pillow. If you’re staying here please heed my warning and bring your own!! Also being on the 3rd floor left much to be desired. Next time if we would stay here, we would definitely request a lower floor.
