DIAPOINTED with Booking.com not sure if I would use this site again.

Liked: The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that it is at the beach. There is no ocean view or easy access to the beach from the room we stayed in. You have to walk the stairs with your luggage and any time you want to go out. You also have to go around the entire building to go to the beach. Parking was 2 blocks away from the hotel and was an additional $10 per day. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where parking wasn’t on site so that just shocked me and was an inconvenience, especially with having kids.The shower was nasty and no tub to bathe kids in. The smell inside the hotel was not pleasant. The woman at the desk was very short and off putting. There was lots of inappropriate things going on at the hotel right outside the room. You will see and hear right outside the door/ windows people fighting, smoking heavily and screaming and other things all night long. I was up at 1, 2, and 3 AM due to everything I was hearing loud and clear. Not a child safe or friendly environment.We were on a budget and found this place last minute, but I would never go back. They wouldn’t even bring towels to the room when we had called. And the room was not cleaned thoroughly. We were very close to leaving and just going home. I regret wasting my money here.
