Disliked: It smelled of cigarettes, it was NOT at all what I expected for the cost, there was pasta shells on the floor, you could hear everything outside, the door was broken, lock didn't work, tv didn't work, it was terrible, to pay that much money for a motel stay was NOT worth it. I should have looked into it more before booking.

Liked: It IS ocean front, technically. It allowed me a place to shower and rest.
Disliked: The “balcony” is a shared concrete porch with walls so high, it obstructs the view of the ocean from your room. It’s not a private balcony you get to enjoy. There’s also a hallway before you even get to it. It’s not a balcony. You absolutely cannot see the ocean from the sea-view room that you pay extra to get. The rooms are dark and very dreary. The windows are clouded and dirty. The floors are also too dirty to walk on, so I had to wear shoes at all times. The doors do not have any extra security beyond one lock, and you will want more than this. The parking is a couple blocks away, crossing major two-way roads with no crosswalks or lights, which is more inconvenient and frankly risky than it sounds initially. They charge you an extra fee upon arrival that is outside of what you pay on booking.com with no explanation. The hotel checks all the boxes on paper, but misses the mark when you arrive.

Disliked: It is old and poorly maintained, the price is very high for the room, there is a lot of noise from the street and the smell of sweat in the bed and the room.They charged an extra $60 per dog, which is very expensive considering the conditions of the place.
