Liked: The Ocean Motel is located at the inlet, which made access to the boardwalk, beach and shops within walking distance. There’s a seating area behind the motel with a beautiful view of the bay and ocean, with many boats leaving the docks and a nearby accessible pier. A parking pass is provided for a private parking lot, and only requires a few steps to access your room.
Disliked: The room assigned was of decent size, but the room and amenities were outdated. The paint on the walls was chipped and cracked in areas. The shower head was old, but functional. The beds and couches seemed old, but not uncomfortable.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The room was small. Loaded with flies. Was clean, but it looked like they rushed. Broken blinds, 2 beds, and one bed sheets were dirty n stained. Parking is very tight.

Great time

Liked: Great location!!!! Quick walk to beach and boardwalk.. cleaning ladies were great. Definitely would stay again. Just bring extra blankets to cover windows in room, the shades do not block the light!

An okay stay with nothing...

Liked: It’s close to the board walk and beach. There is also plenty of places to fish if you’d like.
Disliked: First off the shower is really small. Both me and my partner had to take cold showers all week and in addition you have to press your body against the shower wall to get the water on your body because the shower head doesn’t point down far enough. I would also notes that the property allows smoking out side of rooms but if your air conditioning is on which ours was, the smokers smoke will vent into your room very quickly.

Liked: Everything was in walking distance! Beautiful View of the Inlet & Ocean. Playgrounds for the kids to play on. Staff was Extremely Friendly!

Disliked: Not ADA compliant for the swimming pool. My disabled son couldn’t swim in pool, couldn’t get to pool.
