A very pleasant stay!
Liked: The hotel front desk staff was very nice and they upgraded my room to a suite. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are larger than most in the city. I recommend this hotel.
Disliked: I feel like you should not have to pay for coffee at the coffee machine station in the hotel lobby, it's complementary at most hotels. The coffee cups were small and made out of paper. Management needs to come up with a better marketing strategy. Also there was paper cups in the rooms and that seems very odd to me.

Would definitely recommend
Liked: The hotel is lovely, however the rooms are quite small and very warm. There was air con in the room but it would not go below 20, which was still far too warm for me as a menopausal woman
Disliked: It was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and dealt with any issues very quickly
