Hotel Description
Hotel De France is in the center of Nantes a 2-minute walk from Theatre Graslin the Passage Pommeraye and Place Royale. The interior is designed in a contemporary style to complement the architecture of the 18th-century lobby. The spacious rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and they are all serviced by an elevator. Each room has a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and some rooms offer a view of the square and theater. Additional facilities at the Hotel De France include a contemporary bar decorated with zebra prints and it is open every day. A new fitness center will be available and additional services include room service and free newspapers.

Brilliant, apart from the breakfast...

Liked: The reception staff were exceptional, providing outstanding service (10/10). The facilities were as described and of a good standard. The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere generally.
Disliked: The breakfast offerings were limited in variety. Basic items, such as eggs, were not readily available, and we had to request them specifically from the kitchen staff. Additionally, the kitchen staff could have been a little more welcoming.
