It was great.

Liked: I loved this property! The location was wonderful since it was close to the pier and places to eat and drink. You could hear the ocean at night with the window open. The inside of the room was simple and clean. The trolley stopped right in front of the property. We are already planning on booking here again.
Disliked: I could see were it might be hard to get parking during the busy seasons. But we got a great parking space behind the property.

Liked: Location perfect. Host very receptive. Beautiful historic building with atmosphere. Lovely outdoor space . Near everything that we needed - eateries and a convenience store on the main street, larger stores eg Ralphs a few minutes by car.
Disliked: Rather dated fittings in bathroom and kitchen. It would be possible to modernise the fittings without detracting from the unique atmosphere . The only provided amenity was a bar of soap and decaf coffee for the drip machine. A few extra amenities and larger towels and some modernisation of the fittings would attract a higher rental price.

Charming hacienda right across the...

Liked: Location is excellent, the building is very authentic. We got the” grotto” room that was really charming. I also liked the little courtyard with the small wall fountain and colorful flower pots.There are restaurants and a good coffee shop next to the hacienda.
Disliked: Upstairs people were walking and you really could hear every steps they made

Liked: Amazing view! Quiet and comfortable. Great location by the pier. Easy check in/out. Cute courtyard area.
Disliked: No parking.Lots of steps....just make sure to pack light!
