Liked: The location was really good, the staff were nice,
Disliked: There were no towels we had to go get them, the beds were very short like kids beds, ( not the best in comfort) we did not get the room we booked, I book king and got two queens ( more like full ) the ppl above us were loud and kinda not all there. Could not use refrigerator was frozen over. Over all not a good experience, was lacking of hot water, Luke warm showers

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: After driving 13 hours to this hotel, our first room had unmade beds, trash in the trash can, and trash on the tables. So they gave us another room. Again, unmade beds, dirty towels on the floor, trash all over the room. 3rd times the charm, the final room we got. It was clean, just no toilet paper. Typically, when staying at a hotel, the staff usually comes to collect your dirty towles and gives you clean ones. That never happened.

Liked: Flexible check in, i was extremely late, and with good communication throughout the day, they were pleased to accommodate me. I also got a great rate for the late checkout. Definitely will stay again if i ever come back to Virginia beach

Liked: Great location. I loved that you could see the beach from the patio. The neighboring restaurants were good too! Definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Absolutely loved it - only thing was that neighbors were smoking marijuana so it made it difficult to sit on the deck. Needless to say I understand that’s difficult to control!

Disliked: This place is falsely advertising themselves as a hotel with certain amenities but it does not meet the description or claims by any means. This place is a DUMP!! Here is a short list of problems:Broken toilet seatRusted light fixturesNon stop water dripShower cracked in several placesInside fridge all broken Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Phone broken and not working No chairs on patio— had to ask x3 before getting themWiFi not working Cracks and holes all over walls and ceilingHeater/air unit extremely dirtY, LOUD and inefficient Very small hand towels only— no bath sizeCobwebs along the curtain valanceMorning “coffee bar” DISGUSTINGLY DIRTYI was double charged 8 dollar/day “resort fee” even though my booking receipt stated it was already included — AND there are NO resort amenities whatsoever— the pool looks like a green swamp and is closed and the advertised “free bike rental” is non existent. The lights in room flicker when the guests upstairs walk across the floorI asked for a non-smoking room yet there are burn marks all over the bathroom vanity and the room stinks The desk clerk is not present at even 8 in the evening — he/she leaves a note on door that they’ll be gone for an hour and doesn’t include the time they leftLight fixtures hanging halfway off ceiling When showering, attempted to adjust direction of flow and shower head came off and hit me on the head! This business is fraudulent. I would like a refund for this booking.
